Spa Policy
1. Because of our therapeutic spa and cave environment, and to protect guests with allergies and chemical sensitivities, our guests need to be non-
smokers of all substances (incl. cigarettes, cigars, vape, e-cigarettes, recreational substances...) for at least 3 week
2. Our guests need to be at least 12 years of age.
3. Guests under 18 have to be accompanied by an adult
4. Please do NOT drink alcohol before your visit (day of), it is contra-indicated for all services.
5. Please do NOT wear fragrances for your appointment. We are an allergen-free facility.
6. Cell phones, electronic devices, and smart watches are not allowed in our therapy spaces, have to be turned on airplane mode and silence or
turned off, and put in the locker during your services.
7. Photos are only allowed without flash after consulting with our staff.
8. Please do NOT touch the salt walls in our therapy rooms for sanitary reasons.
9. Please wear white or light colored socks in our therapy spaces. We have salt floors.
10. Our spa is a place for relaxation, rest and stress relief. Please lower your voices in the spa.
During your session, please remain quiet to allow your body, mind and soul to go into a place of calm and deep rest.
11. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled service. Make sure of putting the correct address in your GPS if you are visiting the first time.
12. If you are late, we will shorten your session and end on time to remain on schedule for the following guests. You will be charged in full.
13. By booking an appointment, you agree to our 48 hour cancellation policy and that you will be charged in full if cancellations, changes in services,
or rescheduling are made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. No shows will be charged in full.
14. Please read the contra-indications for our services HERE. If you have health concerns, please consult with your health care provider before
booking an appointment. We are not a medical facility and can't give you medical advice.
